Montignac Diet

Montignac diet as carbohydrate foods you can use beans, peas, brown rice, pasta from wheat flour;as starters - vegetable soup, mushroom soup, pumpkin soup, tomato soup;It can be used without limitation olive oil, peanut oil, walnut, hazelnut, grapeseed.

Avoid ketchup, mayonnaise, potato starch, corn flour, sauces, sugar, caramel;be sure to take a complex of vitamins and minerals, to drink two liters of water a day.

Menu for two days



Immediately after sleep:

juice of one grapefruit;

2 kiwi

either:

orange or lemon juice;

1 kiwi fruit;

1 pear.

Breakfast:

cereals;

2 low-fat yogurt;

1 cup of coffee (decaffeinated)

either:

1 small loaf of bread (wholemeal);

unsweetened jam;

1 cup of skim milk.

Lunch:

serving of mushrooms;

keta (salmon);

small portion of vegetables;

cheese

either:

salad;

steak;

broccoli;

cheese.

Snack:

1 apple.

Dinner:

chicken;

steamed vegetables;

salad;

low-fat yogurt or

:

vegetable soup;

portion of pasta from whea

t flour, mushrooms;

low-fat yogurt.

(serving size: fish, meat - 150 g of bread - 60 g pasta - 50 g cheese - 30 g).

Day 1

Breakfast:

fruits;

wholemeal bread + jam unsweetened;

coffee (decaffeinated);

skim milk.

Lunch:

avocado oil and acetic zaprav-

steak with green beans;

ice cream;

water or tea.

Dinner:

vegetable soup;

omelet with mushrooms;

green salad;

low-fat cottage cheese.

Day 2

Breakfast:

orange juice;

croissant or bun;

butter;

coffee with milk.

Lunch:

serving of raw vegetables (tomatoes and cucumbers);

fish fillets (cook on the grill or bake);

serving of spinach (green leaf lettuce);

cheese;

water or tea.

Dinner:

serving of vegetables, and fried eggs with tomatoes;

green salad;

water.

Day 3

Breakfast:

fruits;

wholemeal bread;

light oil;

coffee (decaffeinated);

skim milk.

Lunch:

serving of smoked salmon;

portion of veal with beans:

cheese;

green salad;

chocolate mousse.

Dinner:

vegetable soup;

stuffed tomatoes;

green salad;low-fat cottage cheese;water.

Day 4

Breakfast:

scrambled eggs, bacon or sausage;

coffee (either caffeinated or decaffeinated);

Lunch:

serving of shrimp;serving of fish, grilled tomatoes;

serving dessert;

water or tea.

Dinner:

vegetable soup;

cauliflower baked with cheese;

green salad;

yogurt;

water.

Day 5

Breakfast:

orange juice;

fat cottage cheese;

coffee.

Lunch:

salmon, baked grilled with spinach;

chocolate mousse;

water or tea.

Dinner:

cheese soufflé;

piece of pork with lentils;

cheese;

water.

Day 6

Breakfast:

wholemeal bread;

fat cottage cheese;coffee (decaffeinated).

Lunch:

raw vegetables (radish, cucumber, tomato);

boiled fish fillets (lean fish) in tomato sauce;

cheese;

water, tea, herbal tea.

Dinner:

vegetable soup;ham;

green salad;

yogurt.

Day 7

Breakfast:

wholemeal bread;

low-fat cottage cheese and jam without sugar;

coffee (decaffeinated);

skim milk.

Lunch:

piece of lettuce (endive);

steak with green beans;

savory berries with whipped cream;

water or tea.

Dinner:

fruit (apple, pear, orange);

150g raspberries or blackberries;

water.

Day 8

Breakfast:

wholemeal bread;

soft butter;

coffee (decaffeinated);

skim milk.

Lunch:

shrimp salad;

portion of fish and eggplant;

green salad;

cheese;

water or tea.

Dinner:

vegetable soup;

lentils (plate);

strawberries (or any fruit);

water.
